The various attachment parts are suitable for:

Notes:

• If the attachment comes into contact with the hand during operation, the appliance

stops rotating - it will continue when contact is no longer made.

• The LED 6 lights up automatically during operation. However, you can control the

lighting manually using button 1.

Cleaning and care

• 󰀨

• Never use aggressive cleaning agents or strong brushes.

• To clean the appliance, use a soft cloth slightly moistened with a mild soap solution or

water. Never immerse the appliance in water for cleaning and, if necessary, ensure that

no water enters the appliance. Only use the appliance again when it is completely dry.

• For hygienic reasons, the attachment parts can be cleaned using a brush (e.g. an old

toothbrush). It is also advisable to disinfect the grinding wheels with a commercially

available disinfectant spray or 90% alcohol to prevent the transmission of infections.

The pins of the attachment parts must be kept free of grease. Allow the attachment parts

to dry completely before placing them on the device again.

• Store the appliance in a dry, cool place.

Troubleshooting

Problem: Device is not working

Possible cause / solution: Battery too low, charge it.

Problem: The appliance stops during operation.

Possible cause / solution: Too much pressure on surfaces on which the appliance is being

used. Reduce the pressure, increase the speed.

Warranty and repair terms

Your statutory warranty rights are not restricted by our guarantee below. Please contact

your dealer or the service centre in case of a claim under the warranty. If you have to

return the unit, please enclose a copy of your receipt and state what the defect is.

The following warranty terms apply:

1. The warranty period for medisana products is 3 years from date of purchase. In case

of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales re-

ceipt or invoice.

2. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty

period.

3. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the

replacement parts.

4. The following is excluded under the warranty:

a. All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of

the user instructions.

b. All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised

third parties.

c. Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer

or during transport to the service centre.

d. Accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear.
