Safety Instrucons

• Before commissioning this device please read the instrucon manual carefully.

• Please keep these instrucons, if possible, the carton with inner packaging! The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use!

• Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use, when aaching accessory parts, cleaning the device or whenever a disturbance

occurs.

• Switch o the device before. Pull on the plug, not on the cable.

• In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave them unsupervised with the device.

Consequently, when selecng the locaon for your device, do so in such a way that children do not have access to the device.

• Take care to ensure that the cable does not hang down.

• Test the device and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the device should not be used.

• Do not repair the device yourself, but take this to nearest authorized service staon.

• Keep the device and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and such like.

• Never use the device unsupervised! Switch o the device whenever you are not using it, even if this is only for a moment.

• Do not use the device outdoors.

• Under no circumstances must the device be placed in water or other liquid, or come into contact with such. Do not use the device with wet or moist hands.

• Should the device become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket immediately. Do not reach into the water.

• Use the device only for the intended purpose.

• The Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external mer or separate remote-control system

Special safety notes

• The baking surfaces get very hot. Touch the handles only.

• Put the unit down onto a heat-resistant surface or mat.

• In order to prevent heat from building up, do not put the unit directly underneath a cupboard. Ensure that there is enough space all around.

• Beware of steam coming out when you open the baking secon.

• The bread can burn, so never use the sandwich toaster near or below curtains and other inammable materials!

• A risk of re and electrical shock exists in all electrical appliances and may cause personal injury or death. Please follow all safety instrucons.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture or its service agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.

• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operang.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowl-

edge, unless they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Before using your appliance for the rst me

• Clean the plates using a damp sponge rinse and dry carefully.

• Aer applying a ne coang oil to the plates , close the appliance and plug it in.

• The indicator light will come on.

• Noce: When your Grill Toaster is heated for the rst me, it may emit slight smoke or odour. This is normal with many heang appliances. This does not

aect the safety of your appliance.

Descripon of main parts

Before using the appliance for the rst me, peel o any promoonal materials and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free

of dust. If necessary, wipe over with a damp cloth. For best results, pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil on to the non-sck plates. Spread over with an absorbent

kitchen towel and wipe o any excess oil.

Preparing your grill toaster

• Close the Grill Toaster and plug it into the wall outlet,You will nd the red power lights indicang that the Grill Toaster has begun preheang. As this me, you

can be the right Thermostat Knob to set the temperature control to your desired seng: “MIN” for light coloured food and “MAX” for darker food. At rst, try

a seng in the middle. You may later adjust it lower or higher according to your preference. Dierent foods will also cook up dierently.

• It will preheang approximately 3~5 minutes to reach baking temperature, the green ready lights, the Grill Toaster is ready for use.

To Use as a Contact Grill

• Set the Grill Toaster Temperature Control to your desired seng. At rst, try a seng in the Max.

You may later adjust it lower or higher according to your preference.

• Prepare the burgers, boneless pieces of meat and thin cuts of meat or other foods as directed and place it onto the boom cooking plate.
